This package gives you three months of ongoing herbal care and oversight. We’ll begin with a 60-90 minute intake appointment and continue with bi-weekly scheduled appointments, as necessary. You will have the freedom to contact me (via text or email) as issues or questions arise. With this package, you will receive a personalized, ever-evolving wellness protocol which will include herbal, dietary, and exercise recommendations, as well as guidance on any non-herbal supplements I believe will be a benefit to you. This package gives you the confidence of having your own personal herbalist, and gives me the time to prioritize your case and protocols.
