Quarterly Care Package
This package gives you three months of ongoing herbal care and oversight. We’ll begin with a 60-90 minute intake appointment and continue with bi-weekly scheduled appointments, as necessary. You will have the freedom to contact me (via text or email) as issues or questions arise. With this package, you will receive a personalized, ever-evolving wellness protocol that will include herbal, dietary, and exercise recommendations, as well as guidance on any non-herbal supplements I believe will be a benefit to you. This package gives you the confidence of having your own personal herbalist and gives me the time to prioritize your case and protocols.
*This package is best for those with complicated and/or chronic concerns, and for those who prioritize a holistic care relationship.
Quarterly Consult Packages can be renewed at a discount, giving you continuous and ongoing support and herbal care.

Bi-Monthly Care Package
This package gives you two months of herbal care, which will include one 60-90 minute intake, and two 30 minute follow-up appointments. You will have the freedom to contact me (via text or email) as issues or questions arise. With this package, you will receive a wellness protocol geared towards your primary area of concern. It will include herbal, dietary, and exercise recommendations, as well as guidance on any non-herbal supplements I believe, will be a benefit to you.
*This package is best for those with a single concern they would like to address. If your case becomes more complicated or another concern arises, we will work together to determine how best to proceed.
Bi-Monthly Consult Packages are renewable. However, if another concern arises, a second package can be purchased and the two can run simultaneously. This allows me to focus my time and attention on each individual client and their specific concerns. It works to give us both the best outcome.

Maintenance Package
This package is for clients who have utilized either the Quarterly or Bi-Monthly Package and whom I have determined are ready for a maintenance relationship. This package gives you a 30-minute tune-up appointment as you are nearing time for formula refills. Once we have met, and I have determined that your formulas are still appropriate, I will authorize three additional refills. Minor changes in the formulation are included in this package.
Major changes in formulation and new health concerns are not appropriate for this package. Should an instance arise in which I determine you need more of my time and attention, we will work together to determine which package best suits your needs.
Acute Care Package
This package is perfect for when acute issues arise and you need my attention quickly.
These are issues we can tackle together with one appointment and one follow-up. If you wonder whether your issue fits here, please ask! If I determine you need more of my time and attention, we will work together to determine how best to proceed.

Custom Formulations
I create custom herbal formulas for my clients, specific to your needs.
My training in formulation—how and why herbs work inside the body, both singularly and together—is valuable in that it allows me to design herbal formulas specific to your needs. While there are many ancient and effective formulas to draw from, having the knowledge and ability to modify them according to your symptom patterns is something like drawing a bullseye on your symptom patterns.
Clients-Only Formulas
Small-batch tinctures, including Ashwagandha, Hawthorn (leaf, berry, root), and my Anti-Inflammatory formula are made by the percolation method which results in incredibly potent, effective tinctures.
