The new Elderberry Herb Packet replaces echinacea root with Reishi mushroom so that those who are sensitive to echinacea, and those whose doctors advise them to stay away from herbs with immunostimulating properties can still benefit from the antiviral, immunomodulating, anti-inflammatory, and adaptogenic properties of this formula.
Ingredients: Organic Elder berries, Organic Hibiscus flowers, Organic Rose hips, Organic Reishi mushroom, Organic Ginger root, Organic Cassia Cinnamon bark, Organic Cloves
Instructions: Step 1: Bring four cups of distilled water* to a boil, add contents of herb packet.

Step 4: Discard plant material and pour liquid into quart mason jar. Allow to cool to 95 degrees.
Step 5: Stir in 2 cups raw* honey and store in fridge, OR, stir in one cup honey and one cup brandy or similar alcohol of your choice and store in fridge.

Please note that not every person with an autoimmune condition will have a problem with echinacea. If you have been taking my original Elderberry Syrup formula without autoimmune flare-ups, your body does not have a problem with echinacea. Every body behaves differently.
